Hubble Bubble Beginner Guide

A successful shift is built around a repeating service cycle: take customer orders, prepare hookahs and food or drinks, deliver completed trays to the correct tables, and keep the shop ready for the next request. New players should focus on learning the locations of the main workstations before spending time on optional improvements.

1

Take and review customer orders

Start by accepting incoming customer requests and checking what each order contains. Group tasks by workstation so you can prepare related items efficiently instead of moving between stations without a plan.

Read the full order before beginning preparation, especially when a request includes both a hookah and food or drinks.

2

Prepare hookahs and refreshments

Use the appropriate preparation points for hookahs, burgers, coffee, frappes and other requested products. Complete each preparation sequence before carrying the finished items to the service area.

Prepare the item that is closest to completion first when several customers are waiting.

3

Assemble and deliver the tray

Collect the completed parts of an order, place them on the required tray or serving setup, and bring the finished order to the correct table or service point.

Confirm the destination before leaving the workstation to reduce incorrect deliveries and unnecessary backtracking.

4

Handle special service points

Watch for orders that use the spaceship drive-thru or another dedicated service point. These orders require delivery to their assigned location rather than to a regular lounge table.

Keep the drive-thru route clear and check for special orders before starting a long preparation task.

5

Restock and reset the workspace

After serving urgent orders, restore supplies and return to the stations needed for the next customer requests. A clean reset prevents delays when the next wave arrives.

Use quiet moments to prepare for likely follow-up tasks instead of waiting idle.

6

Finish the shift and close the register

When service is complete, finish outstanding deliveries and follow the closing flow at the register. Review the shift outcome before reinvesting the credits earned.

Do not leave unfinished orders behind when the shift is ready to close.

Quick Tips

  • Learn the locations of the main workstations before spending time on optional improvements.
  • Group tasks by workstation so related items can be prepared in one trip.
  • Drive-thru orders go to the spaceship window, not to a lounge table — plan the route before you pick up the tray.
  • Review the shift outcome at the register before reinvesting earned credits.

Hubble Bubble Upgrades and Progression

Progression focuses on developing the business rather than completing one isolated task. Furniture and lounge improvements change the shop environment, while new flavors and capacity increases expand what the business can offer and how much work it can handle.

Medium

Furniture improvements

Lounge

Improve the shop environment through furniture upgrades that change the lounge presentation and support business growth.

Best for: Players who want to improve the physical space and establish a stronger foundation for later upgrades.

High

Lounge improvements

Customer experience

Develop the main customer area and make the business more capable of handling a growing service operation.

Best for: Players who want upgrades that affect the overall lounge rather than a single preparation station.

High

New flavors

Menu variety

Unlock additional flavor options and broaden the range of hookah-related choices available to customers.

Best for: Players who want to expand product variety and prepare for more diverse customer orders.

High

Capacity increases

Operations

Increase the business capacity so the shop can support more activity as shifts become busier.

Best for: Players who regularly encounter crowded shifts or need more room to serve simultaneous orders.

Flexible

Service-focused reinvestment

Strategy

Combine lounge, menu and capacity upgrades to reduce bottlenecks across order taking, preparation and delivery.

Best for: Teams that want balanced growth instead of concentrating every credit in one category.

Hubble Bubble Co-op Roles and Strategy

Co-op efficiency comes from dividing the service loop into clear responsibilities while keeping everyone aware of urgent orders. Proximity voice chat works best when players call out completed items, destination tables, low supplies and drive-thru requests before another teammate repeats the same task.

  • Take customer orders
  • Prepare hookahs, food and drinks
  • Deliver trays to tables
  • Handle drive-thru orders
  • Restock between rushes

Work in short loops: accept an order, prepare the most urgent item, complete the tray, deliver it, then reset the stations.

Voice chat tip: Use visual order tracking and prioritize delivery destinations that are easiest to complete without interrupting a preparation sequence.

  • Player 1: order taking and customer-facing tasks
  • Player 2: hookah, kitchen and bar preparation
  • Shared: tray delivery, restocking and drive-thru coverage

Keep one player focused on incoming requests and one player focused on production. Switch to delivery together when several completed orders are waiting.

Voice chat tip: Call out the order category and destination, such as a completed drink for a specific table or an incoming drive-thru request.

  • Player 1: order taking and front-of-house coordination
  • Player 2: hookah and kitchen preparation
  • Player 3: bar work, tray assembly and delivery
  • Shared: restocking and drive-thru service

Separate front-of-house coordination from production and delivery. The delivery player should collect finished items regularly so prepared orders do not remain at the stations.

Voice chat tip: The order-taking player announces priority orders, while the production players report when each component is ready.

  • Player 1: order taking and shift coordination
  • Player 2: hookah preparation
  • Player 3: kitchen and bar preparation
  • Player 4: tray delivery, restocking and drive-thru service

Give each player a primary station and reserve the fourth player for logistics. This minimizes duplicated preparation and keeps finished orders moving to tables or the spaceship drive-thru.

Voice chat tip: Use short status calls for new orders, completed components, low supplies and delivery destinations. Avoid having multiple players respond to the same unassigned task.

Rush-hour coordination rules

Any team size

  • Assign one person to monitor incoming orders
  • Keep preparation stations focused on their own product categories
  • Give delivery and drive-thru tasks a clear owner
  • Use quiet moments for restocking

Prevent duplicated work by naming the player responsible for each urgent task. Reassign only when that player confirms the task is complete or unavailable.

Voice chat tip: Prefer concise calls such as order, station, destination and status instead of repeating the entire customer request.

Hubble Bubble Gravity and Accident Guide

A gravity failure changes how objects behave throughout the lounge. Loose equipment can drift away, trays become difficult to control, and misplaced coals create urgent cleanup problems. The safest approach is to secure important items, move deliberately and restore the workspace before serving the next customer.
